The "Resident's Handbook" links to our community policy information,  addendums to your lease and details on signing up for electric and internet service. We pay for the water, sewer and trash. You pay your own electric.

Please review the "Sample Lease" before submitting an application.  It contains all the standard TAA (Texas Apartment Association) rules, clauses and lease addendum.  Contact us if you have questions before applying.

All unrelated prospective residents over age 18 must submit a separate application and application fee. 

Students will need a co-signer to complete a "Guarantor's Application" if their income doesn't exceed three (3) times the listed monthly rent and their credit score isn't at least 650.
